Schools

When they experience our shows, audience members often tell us: “You should be taking this into schools!”

So, in response, we’ve pooled our extensive experience as actors in TIE, and blended it with our unique approach to creating and learning.

From July 2016, we’re offering performances in secondary schools, followed by a panel discussion and a workshop for school students.

Our current project is Mountain High Valley Low, a story that explores mental illness and the stigma surrounding it. As well as the 15 minute performance – which has already played at the Southbank Centre in the Changing Minds and WoW festivals – the students will have the opportunity to ask questions to someone with personal experience of bipolar affective disorder.
